How to fill up the admission form ?

To fill up the admission form, click the "Fill out form" section above, then the form will open. Thereafter fill up the data of this form ( Name,address,DOB etc ).After that you will get a QR code at the bottom of this form, copy( take screenshot ) that QR code & pay your admission fee  ( Gpay/phonepay/paytm ) as per your stream sellection( 100/- per stream ) . Then take a screenshot of your payment reciept & upload this screenshot to the mentioned place of this form, After that you'll get an E-mail & a Call from our academy and will get admited.
